Brainshark is looking for a frontline manager to lead 6 – 8 Enterprise Sr. Account Development reps to succeed against their quality opportunity creation goals and to develop these individuals into their next role in the Brainshark organization.
We are looking for a leader with management experience and one who is willing to bring in fresh approaches to our effectiveness and new ideas to evolving the success and culture of our sales organization. Someone who can develop players without acting as one.
