Sales Contracts Administrator (part-time)

Brainshark is looking for a temporary part-time Sales Contracts Administrator (20-25 hours per week) with experience as the legal lead in negotiating various routine and complex legal agreements.  This person will represent the company in negotiations with clients and will be able to provide legal support to multiple internal stakeholders on legal and business matters. You will be working directly with our sales team and other internal key company stakeholders. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Autonomously negotiate and draft all types of customer agreements including NDA’s, SaaS & licensing agreements
  • Manage multiple projects currently in a fast-paced environment
  • Take the lead in client negotiations
  • Project manage the agreement negotiations, update/revise agreements with applicable changes, and ensure all agreements are error free
  • Own the contract process by keeping track of customer contracts
  • Knowing who to work with on various contractual issues (ie Legal, Service level, Security)
  • Resolve issues with internal subject matter experts and sales/customers so that contracts are executed by all parties in a timely manner.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3-5 years related experience as a Sales Contracts Administrator negotiating SaaS agreements
  • Competence in legal/commercial terms relevant to SaaS contracts – such as data privacy, security and SOW’s 
  • Strong communication skills with ability to articulate a point of view clearly and concisely
  • Excellent negotiation skills resulting in win-win outcomes 
  • Paralegal preferred
  • Ability/desire to work part-time (20-25 hours per week) in our Waltham headquarters
